Getting Micaiah ready for bed means that 6:30pm is not ideal to watch the debate. Luckily ABC 24 Hour News has a rerun at 10pm (only HD though) and Channel Ten at 10:45pm. I wonder if there are online reruns … that’ll be good!

little lost micaiah

We have a kids book called ‘Little Lost Rabbit’ that tells the story of a rabbit trying to find his way home. When Anna was away, Micaiah would grab this book every night and flip straight to the last page where the rabbit finds his mummy. Interesting thing is that this book isn’t a favourite of his, and he hasn’t picked it up since Anna returned.

Then there’s that Sakai appearance on MasterChef this week – nothing like a bit of cross-over to spice things up (like, The Practice & Boston Legal, the CSIs, JAG & NCIS, Greys Anatomy & Private Practice – well, technically they are spin-offs …) Salivacious!

Quite literally, Anna is on a flight taking off right about now. We decided (perhaps foolishly) that it’ll be easier all round if Anna went back by herself. So, Micaiah is with me for 10 days without mummy. Prayer is very much appreciated.

Tablet is all the rage right now. But why would ASUS and Acer bother with a Windows version? Tablets are about instant gratification with all that touching and flicking – that impulsiveness won’t last the time it takes windows to boot!
